STARTING WITH

PMO SOLUTIONS

We want to ensure that every team member is in line with our values, so as to continue excellence for our clients, and for you to have a great experience working with us.

Enter a series of 3 interviews, first starting off with an informal chat with our head of staff, then formal to run through job requirements.

Your third interview is a practical & technical interview. You will be provided a real-life scenario to solve.

If chosen, spend time getting to know the team you will be working with and begin your onboarding to start creating solutions.

  • Demonstrate honesty and a desire to assist others

SKILLS

To be successful in your application, it’s important to showcase the following skills and qualities:


  • Ability to integrate and collaborate effectively
  • Strong leadership and influence skills
  • Understanding of business acumen (not necessarily holding an MBA, but possessing knowledge of how)
  • Extensive experience in managing projects, programs,
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good understanding of technology, with the ability to think innovatively and develop solutions that enhance
  • Bonus points for holding PMO-CP or PMO-CC certification
