The Council delivers a range of projects, including major new capital works, extensions/refurbishments/upgrades, infrastructure, maintenance, etc. to run a geographically large council. Other project-like activities are also undertaken, i.e. digital services or enterprise/core systems upgrades.


The focus of our engagements was on major projects and asset management, initiated by a new Victorian requirement that every local government authority must have (build) a 10-year capital works pipeline.
